You need to gain weight healthily. Guys, you should eat foods which contain more calories and plenty of proteins. You need to have some energy-dense foods such as nuts (almonds, walnuts), high-fat dairy (whole milk, cheese, and yoghurt), healthy fats, grains, fruits, meat, and weight gainer shakes. Also, for your healthy lifestyle, you need to do exercise and get quality sleep.
