Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, located in the Nakxal Kathmandu, had officially started their service from July 18, 2019. From this day on, Marriott begins its official presence in Nepal. The hotel was in service before this event.
Marriott hotel is spread over 740 square meters and is in a 13-floor modern building. According to hotel management, this hotel is suitable for meetings and conferences too.
The vice president of Marriott International inaugurated the hotel. The chairman of MS Group, Sashikant Agrawal informed that hotel had 214 rooms that include 193 deluxe rooms and 20 suites.
According to general manager of Kathmandu Marriott hotel, the hotel had been built in modern design with local creativity. This hotel has all the facilities like a casino, swimming pool, fitness center and many more.
Further, he adds, Marriott hotel provides the best hospitality reflecting Nepali culture and dishes for the guests. World-famous continental dishes and local dishes from Nepal will be available there.
Certificate of Five-star hotel from Nepal tourism ministry is on the process. Mr. Agrawal claims that the document had been submitted and certificate will be soon available.
With this five-star hotel count, Nepal had reached 14 in which 2 are closed. Marriott International had successfully expanded its hotel chain in 132 countries throughout the world.
