The international football star David Beckham visited Nepal in 2015 to take part in UNICEF funding campaign. In the trip, he visited Bhaktapur Durbar Square and played football with his local fans.

The young and beautiful singer Selena Gomez visited Nepal in May 2014 as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF. Her purpose behind the visit was to draw the attention of the international community to raise fund for children in need.
