British TV presenter Amy Willerton just gave us the confirmation of her engagement to her boyfriend and businessman, Daniel Day on April 29 on Monday. She confirmed the happy news through her Instagram post and shared her story of the proposal to HelloMagazine.
The special proposal took place on a romantic snowy skiing trip in Switzerland. She shared to HelloMagazine,
“I was all set to do some extreme skiing… Then I spied a breakfast picnic set up with candles, a firepit, a bottle of our favorite champagne and red roses everywhere…”

She added,
“Then he dropped to both knees and pulled out a box from his pocket containing the most beautiful ring. It felt like a dream.”

However, that was not it for Amy! Dropping down to both knees didn’t feel right for her and she said she wanted it the old-fashioned way.
“And the second time around I made him do it on one knee because I didn’t know if proposing on both knees counted!”

Talking about the wedding bells, we are supposed to hold on tight to our seatbelts to get ready for one of the most fanciest weddings! Amy said,
“Dan will probably skydive into the ceremony. I’m not kidding. He goes off and does ten jumps in one day. That’s so him.”
