This Swimming Complex is next to Satdobato, Lalitpur. Satdobato swimming complex offers training classes. The training classes are usually scheduled in the evening. The pool is public and you have to pay fees to enter. They are open from 10 am to 7:30 pm.

Kathmandu Dolphins provides swimming lessons for both children and adults in a safe and friendly environment. The pool is located at Eshani Marg, Kathmandu. In fact, this pool was set up by a past national swimmer. Here, you will be instructed by very good swimmers.

They offer swimming lessons for both the children and the adults. It is a public swimming pool school.

Baneshwor Spa Swimming Pool
This is another swimming pool that teaches swimming. As it is located in Bhimsengola, Kathmandu, it is quite accessible. In fact, they have two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children.

Imadol Swimming Pool
