There stands Annapurna mountain – with its height of 8,091m – in north-central Nepal. The massif is 55 km long. Actually, this was the first mountain above 8,000 m that was climbed. However, do not be fooled by this fact, Annapurna is one of the most dangerous mountains to climb.

The cheapest and the shortest Annapurna Circuit Trek lasts for 10 days.

From Chame, the trekking starts. You will get through Thorong La Pass to reach Manang and then to Muktinath (a holy site for Hindus) and finally Jomsom. From Jomsom, you can either fly or drive back to Pokhara.

The best time to trek are March to May and September to December. You need to be healthy to take this trek.
