Because of high numbers of people scaling Mount Everest or getting to the base camp, Everest is getting polluted. With years of degradable and non-degradable accumulating on Everest, something needed to be done and a team of Nepali climbers accepted this challenge.
Death Zone: Cleaning Mount Everest movie documents the challenge 20 elite Nepali climbers took to themselves. Their mission was to bring back 150 bodies of deceased climbers and more than 100,000 pounds of rubbish.
