If you are planning to take a loan to build a home, you are in luck. Global IME Bank has just introduced a home loan plan at a 9.99 percent interest rate.
The Bank states that the loan will be available as soon as three days from the completion of the loan application procedure.
The loan can be used to purchase:
- Residential Plot for home or for constructing home
- Residential apartments of homes
- Homes constructed by builders or developers
You can also use the loan for:
- Extending or renovating your home
- Purchasing loan from other banks or financial institutions.
Under this plan, customers can take a loan for 15 years and up to an amount of 1 crore 50 lakhs. You can get this service from all Global IME Bank’s branches.
