A pencil is a tool for writing implement or art medium usually constructed of a narrow, solid pigment core inside a protective case and built of a thin, that prevents the center from being broken and/or design the user’s finger.
The most common pencil casing is thin wood, usually hexagonal in section but sometimes cylinder-shaped or triangular permanently merged to the core.
