Everyone craves for French fries and it’s making starts with a Potato. We start making french fries by cutting a potato in super thin pieces. For frying those super thin pieces of potato, use specific refined peanut oil. If you don’t have peanut oil then use soyabean oil or mustard oil. After that, fry those potato pieces for 30 seconds in hot oil then refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then, again fry potato pieces to 1 minute until they look golden brown. You can add seasoning according to your taste.
