May 14. Kathmandu. Nepali Congress disrupted the assembly meeting of Province 3 citing promises to introduce proposal regarding name and capital of this province by the chief minister and House Speaker has not been fulfilled.
Nepali Congress also added that it is urgent to decide on these matters since budget needs to be allocated to build infrastructure for the province capital in the coming fiscal year.
