The debate took place for a total of three days. The budget debate took shape according to political affiliations. The opposition criticized the government’s plans and policies. The ruling party simply defended the same plans and policies.
A deep pre-budget debate was anticipated for this year as the country had entered into the federal system for the first time. However, this clearly did not happen.
