8 May. Kathmandu. There has been a major revelation concerning the encroached Government land in Baluwatar. Twenty-five Ropanies of the poached land are under the ownership of three families – Shova Kanta Dhakal’s, Ram Kumar Subedi’s and Min Bahadur Gurung’s.
Shova Kanta Dhakal and Ram Kumar Subedi are infamous as “Land Mafia” while Min Bahadur Gurung owns Bhat-Bhateni Departmental store.
