This is the age of inclusivity. Hence, it feels great to have women in leadership positions as well. Sunaina Pandey is a woman with courage in heart and vision in her head. She is the current vice-president of the Federation of Computer Association.
Recently, Sunaina has decided to run for the post of Chairman in the Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN).
Sunaina has spent more than two decades in the field of Information and communication technology. She started her career from 1998 as a programmer and an instructor. She has experience in administration as well. At one time, she was employed as an Assistant General Manager at Tech One Global Nepal.
Sunaina also has experience as a project coordinator. She got this experience by working on Microsoft Operating System & Application Localization. Sunaina is currently the Managing Director at General Technology Private Limited. She is also a volunteer member of Lions Club of Kathmandu Lotus.
Overall we can surely say she surely has leadership qualities. Announcing her candidacy, she wants to make CAN smart. She has also pledged to work towards creating 0.5 million jobs in the ICT sector.
