May 15. Kathmandu. The Special Court has released ex-commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Raj Narayan Pathak on bail. He is accused of corruption charges.
The bail amount was Rs.7.8 million. This is one of the highest amount of bail slapped on the accused by the Special Court.
This decision was taken by the bench consisting of Chairman of Special Court Baburam Regmi and two judges – Dwarika Man Joshi and Pramod Kumar Shrestha Vaidya.
