May 6. Kathmandu. On the basis of FIR filed by Nepal Medicity Hospital, police have arrested Gayatri Shah and her husband.
The FIR stated that former Lawmaker Gayatri Shah and her husband Rajesh Mahato declined to take responsibility of their new born. The baby is known to be suffering from Down Syndrome.
The Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur, stated that the accused duo have been arrested as per the order from Lalitpur District Court.
