May 14. Kathmandu. In a twist in the unfolding of Baluwatar land grab, the DSP looking into this case has been transferred. DSP David Katuwal who is a member of the CIB team investigating the case of illegal land grab has been transferred to Chandranigapur, Rautahat.
It has been revealed that DIG Niraj Sahi had requested not to transfer Katuwal, but his request was not granted.
