May 12. Kathmandu. There have been several agreements between Nepal and Vietnam as PM Oli’s visits Vietnam.
One of the agreement has been to exempt visa for diplomatic and official passport holders.
Both countries have signed a memorandum of understanding on establishment of bilateral consultation mechanism between the two ministries of foreign affairs and a letter of intent on negotiating and signing the framework agreement on trade and investment cooperation
